Udyam Doot — Industry Query Routing Assistant
Challenge addressed
Industry queries are routed slowly to the right laboratory or scientist
What this tool does
Routes industry queries to the right CSIR laboratory and scientist in hours, not weeks. Classifies technical requests, maps them to published lab mandates and expertise, drafts referral notes and acknowledgements, and tracks turnaround times.
