Shikhar Sarathi — Capacity Expansion Programme Copilot
Challenge addressed
Ambitious capacity expansion targets outpace execution bandwidth, needing portfolio-level programme tracking
What this tool does
Gives SJVN leadership a single programme view of its expansion portfolio across hydro, solar, wind and thermal. Tracks every project against milestones, surfaces execution bottlenecks and resource clashes, and prepares board and ministry review packs.
