Sahayak Setu — Subcontractor Coordination Copilot
Challenge addressed
Coordinating many subcontractors across projects causes interface delays and quality gaps
What this tool does
A coordination copilot for CSL project and outsourcing teams managing hundreds of subcontractors. It tracks work packages, interface dependencies, quality observations and payments status, drafts follow-ups, and flags delay chains before they hit hull schedules.
