Nidhi Darpan — District Mineral Fund Utilisation Monitor
Challenge addressed
District Mineral Foundation funds remain underutilised with weak project-level monitoring in mining districts
What this tool does
Puts District Mineral Foundation money to work: monitors DMF collections against sanctioned and completed projects under PMKKKY, flags idle balances and thin-monitoring districts, and drafts utilisation reviews that push funds to affected communities.
